Terms&Conditions
Returns - Returns are not allowed due to the time and environmental sensitivity of the products being sold. Please see the 'Refund or Replace Guarantee' section if your order arrives damaged.
Payment Terms and Special Fees - All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 3 days on non-payment. We currently accept Cashapp & Venmo. For Venmo, simply complete the payment as if doing cashapp but send your funds to @Otis_dominic2277 via Venmo.
Shipping Policy - We work hard to fulfill orders within 3 business days; usually sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS.Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address and the day of the week that you place your order. Tracking is always provided via email upon shipment.
Conditions of Use - You MUST be 18 years of age or older to use this website and to purchase the products listed within. All cultures are intended for microscopy use only.
Refund or Replace Guarantee - We are proud of our products and stand behind everything we carry. If you ever have issues with ANYTHING purchased, We are happy to refund or replace the damaged or defective product. Simply send a DM with pictures to @montish_myco on Instagram and a small description of what occurred.
